6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase for eligible courses, coaching packages, and downloadable resources.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after this period.

7. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from SPIES Allies™, you agree to receive service-related text messages, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support communications.
